I founded Morgan Biomed Consulting to connect my clinical work in ophthalmology with my background in molecular and cellular biology. My training includes a PhD focused on gene and cell-based therapeutics and a residency in ophthalmology with a focus on cataract surgery and retinal disease.

I have worked across basic science, translational research, and clinical practice, including projects in dopaminergic pathways in retinal disease, surgical innovation, and medical education. I use that experience to help teams stress-test ideas, anticipate clinical realities, and refine their strategy.

On the medical training side, I mentor applicants navigating medical school and residency, with an emphasis on clarity, structure, and honest feedback.

Collaborators and advisory network

Depending on project needs, I collaborate with colleagues in retina, cornea, glaucoma, biotech investing, bioinformatics, and clinical operations. For larger or specialized projects, we can assemble a tailored team with the right expertise.
